3.1 Ownership: The Product and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Product, except for the limited license rights expressly stated herein.

8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
